The spark that ignites agency brilliance

Things in your agency have felt tough lately, right?

You're running on caffeine and chaos and your teams just don't seem to ‘get it.’ High churn, overrun projects and budgets that may as well not have been set in the first place.

Your client services team holds the key to stopping this bucking bronco immediately.

While often massively underrated, they are actually the nucleus of agency brilliance.

✱ The spark that keeps everything moving

✱ The spark that keeps everything moving

The reason “WTF is this brief?” becomes “Nailed it.”

But somewhere along the way, the role got misunderstood.

Stripped back and massively undervalued.

Account handlers in agencies far and wide were thrown ceremoniously into the deep end, told to “figure it out,” and left to pick up the pieces when things went sideways.

Blueberry Spark is here to change that.

We’re on a mission to reclaim the lost art of client services—turning account management into your agency’s most powerful advantage.

Through consultancy, training and development programmes and 121 mentorship, we provide your teams with everything they need to do their best work, joyfully.

When account handlers are properly trained:

  • Projects run smoother

  • Budgets don’t get decimated

  • Clients stick around

  • And your agency is able to produce legendary work

Why Blueberry Spark?

I’m Sally, Account Director turned woman on a mission.

I started agency life full of energy, ready to be part of the creative brilliance. But I soon had a bit of a rude awakening.

The teams I worked with were often burned-out, stressed, unable to think properly because it was always so damn chaotic.

Great ideas got lost in the noise; account managers were expected to carry the weight of the entire agency, with no map, no backup and no training.

It was a pressure cooker. No wonder nothing was working.

That pattern has played out over and over. I’ve now worked in many agencies with so much potential, at breaking point when they don’t need to be.

What we believe:

  • Account management is the nucleus of agency brilliance

  • Legendary work isn’t born from chaos

  • The brief is the first piece of creative

  • When account managers thrive, the whole agency rises

  • Agencies don’t need more hustle, they need more clarity

So, why the name?

Blueberry—unassuming but packs a punch.

Spark—what happens when an account manager stops firefighting and starts leading.

It’s that moment when everything clicks. When the chaos settles.
And the whole agency lifts.

This is the Blueberry Spark.
